Once a grain mill today a lovely bed and breakfast with a spacious garden and a sun terrace.
Directly at the city wall, only 2 minutes far to walk from the main square free parking, lockable storage for bikes and direct connection to the highway A10 south/north – centrally located.
Our aim is to give you a vacation with feel good character and a memorable stay with our personal effort, heart and passion.

THE REGION LIESER/MALTATAL:
The city is located between the national park “Hohe Tauern” and the “Nocky Mountain Biosphere Reserve “. All nature lovers will find an extensive range of hiking, climbing, swimming, cycling or just something to relax.
Since a few years also the “Alpen-Adria-Trail” is more and more popular.

The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very modern with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. A warm welcome awaits you from the owner (Heidi), who is also a real treasure trove of information about the city and the area. Highly recommended!
I would recommend the "Alte Mühle" to everyone. Cozy, well-kept and well-furnished rooms as well as the beautiful house have given the holiday a special atmosphere. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising with its variety.
We decided to stop in Gmünd on our journey south. We have selected the "Pension Alte Mühle" based on the reviews and can confirm all positive information. Nice location, warm welcome, very clean rooms and good breakfast. A real pleasure.
